2. What are your shipping charges?

It is not our desire to make any profit on shipping items to our customers. We have recently changed our shipping policies to flat fees for items up to $59, and free Ground Shipping to the contiguous 48 states on orders above $59. These rates are generally less than our actual shipping charges. Love of Wine Store charges no packaging or handling fees.

3. What about free shipping offers?

Love of Wine Store offers Free Standard Shipping on orders above $59. Offer is not valid on 1-day or 2-day delivery or orders shipped to multiple addresses. Offer applies only on shipments to the contiguous 48 states and is not valid for international addresses. Not combinable with any other offers and cannot be applied to previous orders.

4. What if I need expedited shipping on a Free Shipping Order?

If you require expedited delivery on free shipping orders, you can simply choose your preferred shipping choice at checkout. However, these rates will generally be higher, as they will not take your free shipping discount into effect. When your credit card transaction is processed it will generally reflect a total approximately $10 less than that which the automated system assigns. 5. I would like to put several items together as a gift basket, is this possible?

Absolutely! Love of Wine store specializes in one-on-one customer care. We do not do pre-packaged gift "baskets," but rather, offer our creations of unique, personal, custom gift sets. Just follow this link to learn more.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to work with customers who do not live in the U.S. If you do not see your country listed when checking out, simply email us at sales@loveofwinestore.com so that we may quote your individualized shipping charges and delivery dates. Your order can be finalized via phone or paypal for your safety in credit card transactions.

7. When will my order ship?

We ship immediately! Your order will ship within 24 business hours of placement, and usually sooner. If you have any concerns at all, feel free to call our toll free number or send an email. The Love of Wine Store GUARANTY is that your inquiry will be answered within 8 hours, although it is generally within the hour!
